Kristi Kamer is a consultant for Signium International / Meridian Partners.  With over 15 years combined Executive Search and Human Resources experience, Ms. Kamer brings a depth of expertise in assisting clients identify and recruit top talent.  Her success is based on her ability to develop strong client partnerships and the application of behavior and skills based tools to ensure both functional success and cultural fit.  Based in Florida, Ms. Kamer’s professional background includes key Human Resources Leadership roles and significant experience in Executive Search gained in a leading global search firm.  As such, she has a strong grasp of the importance of top talent to organizations.  Most recently Ms. Kamer spent six years as Human Resources Manager for a leading regional multidisciplinary engineering firm.  She began her career in retail before joining Lamalie Amrop International, (now part of Heidrick & Struggles) in 1994 as a Research Associate. A Tampa resident for 20 years, Ms. Kamer earned her Professional Human Resources Certification, and is an active member of SHRM.  She holds a B.S. degree in Marketing and Merchandising from Lamar University and is active in various volunteer activities in the Tampa Bay region.
